but I was a little disappointed with the durability of the book itself

Story and illustrations were as I remembered them from a previous book I had years ago, but I was a little disappointed with the durability of the book itself. Seems a little too much like a magazine rather than a book. Paper quality is good, but for what it cost, I expected a sturdier cover.

Dahl Delights!!

Roald Dahl still delights after all these years. First my daughter devoured everything he wrote and mourned his passing when she was just 11, but now a new generation is enchanted by his timeless magic. Great gifts for young readers, even pre-readers. Dahl never talks down to kids and invites them into an unspoken conspiracy with adventure after adventure.
